  • What ages do you cater for?
    Our themes cater to parties, playdates, or get-togethers for ages 3 and up.
  • What bedding is included in my package?
    Each tent comes with a comfortable foam mattress, throw blanket, a fitted sheet, and decorative pillows. Guests will need to bring their own pillows.
  • Can you host the party?
    We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it.
  • How do I order an add-on?
    Give us a call or send us an email, and we will provide you with a price for the quantity required.
  • Do you charge a delivery fee?
    Delivery and collection are included in the package price for customers living within 25 miles from 98332. Delivery outside of our set area will incur an additional delivery fee. Please inquire directly with us for a quote.
  • How long is the hire period of the tent package?
    We will set up on the date of the party between 10-2 and we pack up and collect the day after between 11-1. Times will be arranged directly with each customer. If you require different setup or delivery times, please contact us.
  • How much space in the room is required for the tents?
    Each tent requires 3ft in width and 5ft 5in in length.
  • How should I prepare the space?
    Please make sure the furniture is moved and the area is ready for setup.
  • Do you have a minimum number of tent that can be rented?
    Our standard package is for five tents for $300. Additional tents are $50 each. If you need fewer tents, please contact us for pricing.
  • How do we book your Dream party?
    Feel free to give us a call at 253-234-5239 to discuss your requirements and date availability. You may also send us an online inquiry via our online booking form here.
  • What is required to secure my booking?
    A holding deposit of $100 is required for securing your booking.
  • When is the balance of payment due?
    You will be required to pay the balance 2 weeks before your party.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards.
  • Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?
    No, we wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent that leaves all bedding fresh and soft for the next party people!
  • Do you have a cancellation policy?
    At this time we are not offering refunds, but all parties can be rescheduled! If you cancel 2 weeks or less from the party date, you will forfeit the deposit paid. If you need to change the date we will do our best to accommodate. You can cancel tents up to 7 days before your schedule date. Anything after you will forfeit due to each party being custom.
